Biographical Sketch

Flora is a senior strategist and coach to executives.  She brings experience from over twenty-five years in human capital to facilitate change management and strategically improve business results.  Flora has a broad understanding of what it takes to provide leadership a roadmap to align organizational, functional activities to achieve goals and increase operational efficiency.  She is an innovative program designer helping stakeholders set priorities, focus resources, and change rapidly.

As CEO of fleXcellence, Flora leads her team to empower leadership at all levels through coaching and programs designed to impact clients’ business results positively.  Flora has served thousands of leaders in various industries, including healthcare, defense, technology, and education.

Flora holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Union University and an M.B.A from Webster University.  Flora has a combined Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy in Management specializing in Human Resource Management from Walden University.  Flora believes in continuous learning and desires to inspire HR professionals with innovative approaches to the world of work.

Flora lives in Northern Virginia with her dog Diggy.
