Biographical Sketch

Jeff Seltzer is a Professional Civil Engineer with twenty five years of experience in environmental restoration, transportation and construction management.  Jeff is currently the Deputy Director for the Natural Resources Administration at the District of Columbia’s Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE). In this role, he is responsible for programs that conserve, protect, and improve the soil, water, and living resources of the District of Columbia. The agency achieves its objectives through a combination of federal and District authorities and resources.
